Flybuys is one of the largest loyalty programs in Australia. While having the highest awareness and satisfaction in the loyalty category, most members have stopped redeeming their points and only use their card at Coles rather than their 20+ partners.

 

Flybuys needed to show that they were relevant and valuable in many ways, that they were more than a transaction at the supermarket checkout and to tap into a broader market.

 

To do this they leaned on their small but hardcore fanbase. The ones who rack up every point, cash them in and tell the whole internet about it.

 

It led to a campaign based on real customers who couldn’t be prouder of their Flybuys lifestyle.

 

The fans’ attitude was turned into an anthem shot by Sanjay De Silva. An anthem that told Aussies to ‘Give a Flybuys’ and take more dollars off their shop, holidays and daily deals.
